1. A method for reconfigurable radiation desensitivity, the method comprising:

  • accepting a radiated wave;

    in response to the radiated wave, creating a first current per units square (I/units2) through a groundplane of an electrical circuit;

    accepting a control signal; and

    ,in response to the control signal, creating a second I/units2through the groundplane, different from the first I/units2, wherein creating the second I/units2 comprises coupling the groundplane to a bracket having a selectable effective electrical length and comprising a fixed physical length section and a plurality of selectable electrical length sections.
