    each computer cluster communicatively enabling system user access to business and personal information in real time and configured to continuously process and filter raw information to better understand what a client values in order to keep the subscriber satisfied;

    each computer cluster forward chaining customer satisfaction information to the summit-tier computer clusters to identify what is satisfying to each end user;

    each computer cluster configured and arranged within the computer network system to manage and control available inventory for their assigned participating retailers, wholesalers and suppliers, based on a geographic scope;

    each computer cluster directly linked to their respectively assigned retailer, wholesaler, and supplier provisioning and inventory system means by forward chaining forecasted end user'"'"'s demand based on known available inventory;

    a simulation network artificial intelligence comprising software that makes X_FOB decisions, which measures the FOB price per unit of merchandise being made available through ocean and land transportation means to its physical warehouse originating from participating retailers, wholesalers and suppliers where time is measured in X days dimensions and thus the term X_FOB;

    the simulation network artificial intelligence comprising software that makes Y_CDIF decisions, which measures the cargo duties insurance freight (CDIF) P/U of forecasted inventory in hand merchandise through air transportation means and door to door services to the end user and time is measured in Y hours dimensions and thus the term Y_CDIF;

    each cluster artificial intelligence storing ‘

    the price’

    summary reports and pronounced ‘

    the price’ and

    thus the term Z_PRICE, by using X days dimensions X_FOB calculations and Y hour dimension Y_CDIF calculations based on said inventory control of “

    in-hand” and

    domestic rush FOB, and also purchasing forecasted inventories lots based on demand, economies of scale, historical trends and storage capacities;

    each cluster belonging to the three tier simulation network having the following functionalities;

    a) a parser, which is responsible for deleting, inserting, load balancing, replicating and updating data, as well as converting all of the messages into a lingua franca standard and updating all of the 3rd party inventory means;

    b) a storager, which distributes tasks to satisfy quotes and orders providing a lowest cost and minimal time delay to the end user and is responsible for interfacing with the environment and converting all of the information into a lingua franca and assigning it to the correct directory and the appropriate forward and rearward chained updates to the system, the assignment of unique ID, and different distinct transactional element Legs (A, B, T, X, Y, W) and Transactional Owner;
