1. A wound treatment apparatus comprising:
- a vacuum source;
a bandage configured to be coupled to the vacuum source, the bandage comprising a wound dressing member configured to be placed in contact with a wound surface, the wound dressing member having;
a plurality of spacers configured to contact the wound surface to define suction space between the wound dressing member and wound surface;
a suction port associated with the wound dressing member and configured to be connected to the vacuum source;
a plurality of suction holes configured to communicate with the suction space; and
a plurality of passageways between the suction port and the suction holes.
