1. A method for manufacturing a color electrophoretic display device the method, comprising:
- forming a thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate including a display region, wherein a plurality of pixel regions is defined in a matrix, and alignment keys are provided at the outside of the display region;
forming an electrophoretic layer including a substrate and a micro capsule layer formed on the substrate so as to correspond to the display region of the TFT array substrate; and
forming a color filter layer with color droplets expressing a plurality of colors on an outer surface of the substrate, on which the micro capsule layer is not formed, using the alignment keys on the thin film transistor array substrate so as to correspond to the respective pixel regions of the display region.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for manufacturing a color electrophoretic display device includes forming a thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate including a display region, wherein a plurality of pixel regions is defined in a matrix, and alignment keys are provided at the outside of the display region, forming an electrophoretic layer including a micro capsule layer formed so as to correspond to the display region of the TFT array substrate, and forming a color filter layer on an outer surface of the electrophoretic layer using the alignment keys so as to correspond to the respective pixel regions of the display region.
