1. A method of improving signal quality in a physiological measurement device, the method comprising:
- obtaining a plurality of photoplethysmograph signals using a plurality of photoplethysmographic sensors operatively coupled to a physiological measurement device and indicative of at least one physiological condition, from a plurality of measurement sites of a patient, the measurement sites comprising first and second sites, the first site corresponding to one of the patient'"'"'s ears, the patient'"'"'s face, one of the patient'"'"'s hands, one of the patient'"'"'s feet, or one of the patient'"'"'s limbs, the second site being a different body part than the first site and corresponding to one of the patient'"'"'s ears, the patient'"'"'s face, one of the patient'"'"'s hands, one of the patient'"'"'s feet, or one of the patient'"'"'s limbs;
choosing, using one or more processors of the physiological measurement device, at least one signal of the plurality of signals based on a plurality of signal quality inputs, wherein each one of said plurality of signals has a corresponding signal quality input; and
calculating one or more physiological measurements based on the at least one signal using the one or more processors.

Abstract
A patient monitor has multiple sensors adapted to attach to tissue sites of a living subject. The sensors generate sensor signals that are responsive to at least two wavelengths of optical radiation after attenuation by pulsatile blood within the tissue sites. A patient monitor uses the plurality of signals to reduce the effects of noise.
