1. A method comprising:

  • determining, at an emulation system, a particular type of wireless device to be emulated, the particular type wireless device being one of multiple different types of wireless devices that the emulation system is configured to emulate;

    accessing, at the emulation system, a request configuration for the particular type of wireless device determined to be emulated, the accessed request configuration being stored along with request configurations for the multiple different types of wireless devices that the emulation system is configured to emulate;

    generating, at the emulation system and based on the accessed request configuration, one or more content requests for content to be retrieved over a wireless network;

    sending, from the emulation system, the generated content requests over the wireless network to a server that is configured to retrieve the content and return the content to the emulation system;

    receiving, in a format appropriate for the particular type of wireless device, the requested content at the emulation system from the wireless network;

    storing the received content in a storage system;

    accessing the stored content from the storage system;

    analyzing the accessed content to identify advertising content within the accessed content;

    determining information related to the identified advertising content; and

    producing a table that includes the determined information related to the identified advertising content.
