  • at least a first coating, a second coating, and a third coating, wherein the first coating is in contact with at least a portion of the surface and the second coating is disposed between the first and the third coating, with the second coating comprising a high molecular weight negatively charged polymer,wherein the first coating, the third coating, or both the first coating and the third coating comprises water soluble butylated polyethyleneimine anda fourth coating of heparin on the third coating.
