1. A computer readable medium having instructions stored therein, which when executed by a processor cause the processor to carry out acts comprising:

  • displaying a display region having a plurality of axially aligned price levels, where an item of interest is displayed along the plurality of axially aligned price levels according to a value of the item of interest;

    initiating repositioning of the plurality of axially aligned price levels in response to detecting a first change in the value of the item of interest;

    detecting a second change in the value of the item of interest subsequent to the first change in value of the item of interest and subsequent to initiating repositioning of the plurality of axially aligned price levels; and

    repositioning the plurality of axially aligned price levels based on the second change, where subsequent to repositioning the plurality of axially aligned price levels, the item of interest is displayed relative to a designated location in the display region.
