1. An off-road machine comprising:

  • an engine powering at least one pump in a first set of pumps and at least one pump in a second set of pumps;

    a first friction brake system associated with a front set of wheels and a second friction brake system associated with a rear set of wheels;

    a cooling fluid reservoir containing cooling fluid and connected to the first set of pumps and the second set of pumps;

    a controller monitoring the first friction brake system and the second friction brake system;

    a valve connecting the first set of pumps and the second set of pumps to the first friction brake system and the second friction brake system such that the valve can vary a cooling fluid flow to the first friction brake system and the second friction brake system in response to signals received from the controller.
