1. A method of making a system comprising:

  • operably coupling at least two parts of a mote network, wherein operably coupling at least two parts of a mote network includes but is not limited to;

    operably coupling at least one part of the mote network with a first-administered set of motes having a first defined carrier frequency;

    operably coupling at least one part of the mote network with a second-administered set of motes having a second defined carrier frequency, said second-administered set of motes proximate to said first-administered set of motes; and

    operably coupling at least one part of the mote network with a processor configured to receive one or more content logs from said first-administered set of motes and one or more content logs from said second-administered set of motes, and to combine at least part of the one or more content logs from said first-administered set of motes and at least part of the one or more content logs from said second-administered set of motes to form a federated content log in association with said first-administered set of motes having the first defined carrier frequency and said second-administered set of motes having the second defined carrier frequency.
