1. A method of transmitting data, by a user equipment, in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:

  • receiving allocated persistent uplink resources from a base station, the persistent uplink resources including a transmission interval of subframes used to transmit uplink data, the persistent uplink resources being allocated based on a radio resource control (RRC) message;

    monitoring a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) in a subframe where the persistent uplink resources are allocated so as to find an uplink scheduling grant, the uplink scheduling grant comprising information on uplink radio resources; and

    transmitting the uplink data to the base station based on the uplink radio resources in the subframe by overriding the persistent uplink resources if a cell radio network temporary identifier (C-RNTI) of the user equipment is found on the PDCCH, the C-RNTI being a unique identifier of the user equipment, or transmitting the uplink data to the base station based on the persistent uplink resources in the subframe if the C-RNTI of the user equipment is not found on the PDCCH,wherein the uplink radio resources overrides the persistent uplink resources until an acknowledgement (ACK) signal corresponding to the uplink data is received from the base station.
