- a sheath defining a lumen;
a first elongate member and a second elongate member, the first and second elongate members being movably disposed within the lumen; and
a basket comprising a plurality of legs and a mesh portion, the mesh portion including a proximal end and a distal end, a proximal end of each leg of the plurality of legs being connected to the first elongate member, and the proximal end of the mesh portion being connected to the second elongate member, wherein a distal end of each of the plurality of legs is joined to each other at the distal end of the mesh portion and attached thereto.

a plurality of legs connected to a first elongate member; and a mesh portion including a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the proximal end of the mesh portion is connected to a second elongate member, wherein, when a distal end of the first elongate member and a distal end of the second elongate member are positioned at substantially the same axial location, the mesh portion is disposed on a first side of a longitudinal axis of the basket, and the plurality of legs is disposed on a second side of the longitudinal axis opposite the first side, and wherein a distal end of each of the plurality of legs is joined to each other at the distal end of the mesh portion and attached thereto.
