transmitting a signal from the drug delivery device to the microprocessor device upon activation of an event switch that indicates a predetermined event has occurred with the drug delivery device; displaying on a display of the microprocessor device a most recent blood glucose measurement of the user upon receipt of the signal; and suggesting with the microprocessor device, a dosage of a drug for delivery by the drug delivery device to the user based on activation of the event switch, the most recent blood glucose measurement of the user and recommendation from a health care provider previously stored or entered into a memory of the microprocessor device.
