1. A fully-implantable, bioabsorbable device for treating a nasal or paranasal sinus condition comprising:
- a tubular member having a proximal end and a distal end;
a first plurality of prongs attached to the tubular member at the proximal end thereof, each prong having a free end; and
a second plurality of prongs attached to the tubular member at the distal end thereof, each prong having a free end,wherein the device has an expanded configuration and an unexpanded configuration, and wherein the first plurality of prongs expands relative to the tubular member when the device changes from the unexpanded configuration to the expanded configuration.

Abstract
Described here are paranasal sinus devices for treating paranasal sinus conditions. The devices include a cavity member, ostial member, and nasal portion. One or more of the cavity member, ostial member, and nasal portion may deliver an active agent for sustained release to treat the paranasal sinus condition. Exemplary paranasal sinus conditions are sinus inflammation due to functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) and rhinosinusitis.
