  • a member having at least one lumen extending from a proximal end to a distal end, wherein the at least one lumen has both a device portion and at least one anchoring portion, wherein the device portion is defined by at least one curved walled portion, wherein the device portion and the at least one anchoring portion are disposed parallel along a length of the member, and the at least one curved walled portion defines at least a portion of a perimeter of the device portion from a center point thereof;

    an actuator having a proximal end and a distal end disposed within the device portion of the at least one lumen;

    an endoscopic device attached to the distal end of the actuator; and

    a housing having a base and at least one leg, wherein the at least one leg is fixed to the at least one anchoring portion of the at least one lumen, and the base has a hole sized to permit deployment of the endoscopic device therethrough;

    wherein the at least one lumen is operably configured to reduce side-to-side motion of the actuator, and to reduce friction between the endoscopic device and the member, by;
