1. A cellular phone capable of connecting to internet, comprising:

  • a base band processing unit;

    a control unit;

    a signal processing unit;

    an audio unit;

    a NAND type nonvolatile memory;

    a volatile memory;

    a display unit; and

    a display control unit,wherein the NAND type nonvolatile memory comprises a first area, a second area, each of which is for storing programs performed by the control unit, and a data area,wherein a first program stored in the first area is for performing basic functions of the cellular phone, and a second program stored in the second area is for implementing additional functions of the cellular phone,wherein in performing a power-on sequence of the cellular phone the control unit transfers the first program, which is stored in the first area, to the volatile memory,wherein in starting to connect to the internet, the control unit transfers the second program, which is stored in the second area, to the volatile memory, performs the second program stored in the volatile memory, and stores data received from the internet to the data area after temporally storing the data in the volatile memory,wherein the signal processing unit is configured for decoding the data stored in the data area as music data, and outputs the music data to the audio unit, wherein the received data from the internet includes image data, andwherein the signal processing unit is configured for expanding the data stored in the data area as image data, and outputs the image data to the display control unit for displaying by the display unit.
