a circuit receptacle that includes a locking tab that engages the locking recess and secures the circuit receptacle to the socket, the locking tab configured to engage the locking recess in an opening of the installation surface, such that the locking tab is hidden; and
a socket cover that engages the socket and covers the circuit receptacle, the socket cover including a security passage disposed therein and leading to the locking tab.
