1. A system capable of countering harmful electromagnetic waves irradiated from at least one base unit of a wave source by suppressing said harmful waves from propagating toward a target space, wherein said base unit is configured to include only portions of said wave source which are responsible for at least one of irradiating said harmful waves and affecting paths of propagation of said harmful waves therethrough comprising:

  • at least one counter unit which is configured to be disposed in an alignment at least partially matching at least one of a first direction of said paths of propagation of said harmful waves, a second direction of electric current flowing in said base unit, a third direction of electric voltage applied across said base unit, a fourth direction at least partially normal to one of said first, second, and third directions, a longitudinal axis of said base unit, a short axis of said base unit, a contour of wavefronts of said harmful waves, and a fifth direction at least partially normal to said contour, and to emit counter electromagnetic waves which are configured to define preset phase angles and to define preset wave characteristics due to said alignment, thereby aligning said phase angles of said counter waves to be at least partially similar to phase angles of said harmful waves through said alignment and, therefore, countering said harmful waves by said suppressing to a preset extent in said target space.
