1. An integrated biosensor and systems-biology platform apparatus for sensing and simulation to automate personalized diagnosis and therapy comprising:

  • a biosensor platform coupled to sense a person, the biosensor platform comprising a multifunctional array of sensors configurable to sense one or more DNA, RNA, peptides, proteins, antibodies, antigens, tissue factors, vectors, virus vectors, lipids, fatty acids, steroids, neurotransmitters, inorganic ions, electrochemicals, pH, free radicals, carbohydrates, neural action, chemicals, small molecules, exons, metabolites, intermediates, chromosomes, or cells; and

    a systems-biology platform coupled to the biosensor platform, the systems-biology platform comprising a controller executing software configurable to simulate one or more genomics model, proteomics model, computational chemistry model, pharmacogenomics model, computational biology model, computational biophysics model, computational cell behavior model, pharmacokinetics model, metabolomics model, transcriptomics model, or bioinformatics model;

    whereby the controller integrates the biosensor platform and the systems-biology platform by reconfiguring the one or more sensor in the biosensor platform according to the one or more model in the systems-biology platform simulated by the controller automatically to generate a personalized diagnosis and therapy report.
