if one surface of the coil is referred to as a transmission surface and the other surface of the coil is referred to as a non-transmission surface, the magnetic substance is disposed on a side of the non-transmission surface of the coil, andthe first substrate is disposed between the non-transmission surface of the coil and the magnetic substance, and directly contacts the magnetic substance.
