1. A combination of devices for use in treating osteonecrotic bone, comprising:

  • an osteomedullary cylinder presenting a cylindrical canal in a segment of bone;

    an osteoendoscopic cylinder having an outer bony contact surface for contact with a longitudinal canal surface created by said osteomedullary cylinder so as to tamponade bleeding therefrom;

    a circumferential hermetic seal formed by a combination of a centralizing sleeve and said osteoendoscopic cylinder, said hermetic seal being formed at the juncture of said outer bony surface and said longitudinal canal surface and extending along the combination of said centralizing sleeve and said osteoendoscopic cylinder; and

    said osteoendoscopic cylinder coaxially receiving an endoscope along an inner visual surface for treating the osteonecrotic bone.
