1. A computer-implemented method comprising:
- running a web browser application on servers in one or more hosting service centers, the web browser application being used by at least one user remote to the one or more hosting service centers over a network via interactive compressed streaming video displayed on a client device; and
providing the at least one user with access to at least one web page via the web browser application;
wherein the interactive content of the web page is displayed without perceptible latency to the at least one user on the client device responsive to a request of the user to view the at least one web page, wherein the worst case latency between the user request and the display of the interactive content of the web page is 90 milliseconds when the user is located 1500 miles and under from the one or more hosting service centers.
