Abstract

A method includes, but is not limited to: obtaining and coordinating the one or more sequences of two or more conformations of one or more portions of one or more regions of the flexible electronic device with one or more commands. In addition to the foregoing, other related method/system aspects are described in the claims, drawings, and text forming a part of the present disclosure.

Claims

1. A method comprising:

obtaining information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of a flexible electronic device; and

processing, using one or more processing components, the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device.

2. A system comprising:

circuitry for obtaining information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of a flexible electronic device; and

circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic.

3. The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for obtaining information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of a flexible electronic device comprises:

circuitry for obtaining from one or more sensors information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of a flexible electronic device.

4. The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for obtaining information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of a flexible electronic device comprises:

circuitry for detecting information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of a flexible electronic device.

5. The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for obtaining information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of a flexible electronic device comprises:

circuitry for obtaining location information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of a flexible electronic device.

6. The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for obtaining information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of a flexible electronic device comprises:

19. The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for obtaining information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of a flexible electronic device comprises:

circuitry for obtaining information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of a flexible electronic device having two or more display layers.

20. The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for obtaining information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of a flexible electronic device comprises:

circuitry for obtaining information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of a flexible electronic device having two or more display surfaces.

21. The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for obtaining information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of a flexible electronic device comprises:

circuitry for obtaining information associated with one or more surface contacts within one or more display areas of a flexible electronic device.

The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device comprises:

circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more inward facing dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more inward facing dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device.

The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device comprises:

circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more outward facing dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more outward facing dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device.

The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device comprises:

circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content having one or more specified classifications for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device.

The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device comprises:

circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content of at least one specified application for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device.

The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device comprises:

circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, selecting at least some content based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output the at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device.

The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device comprises:

circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, activating at least one application based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content of the at least one application for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device.

The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device comprises:

circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, activating at least one payment application based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content of the at least one payment application for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device.

The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device comprises:

circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, activating at least one phone application based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content of the at least one phone application for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device.

The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device comprises:

circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, activating at least one reader application based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content of the at least one reader application for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device.

The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device comprises:

circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device using two or more display layers.

The system of claim 2, wherein the circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device comprises:

circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device and to output at least some other content for display from at least one other display surface associated with the flexible electronic device.

33. The system of claim 2, wherein the system is at least partially positioned with the flexible electronic device.

34. A system comprising:

means for obtaining information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of a flexible electronic device; and

means for processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including;

(a) means for identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device; and

(b) means for signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device.

35. A system comprising:

at least one article of manufacture bearing one or more instructions for facilitating operations including;

obtaining information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of a flexible electronic device; and

processing the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device including identifying one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device based at least partly on the information associated with one or more surface contacts with respect to one or more portions of the flexible electronic device, and signaling to output at least some content for display from the one or more dimensionally modifiable virtual display regions associated with the flexible electronic device.
