- a bi-directional needle-free injector that injects a fluid into the sample source, vibrates the sample source to facilitate withdrawal of the sample from the sample source and withdraws the sample from the sample source; and
a sample evaluator that evaluates the sample source as a function of measuring one or more identifying parameters in the withdrawn sample.

The present invention relate to a method and corresponding apparatus for extraction of a sample from a sample source. A fluid is injected into the sample source and the sample source is vibrated. A sample is withdrawn from the vibrated sample source and the sample source is evaluated by measuring one or more identifying parameters in the withdrawn sample.
