1. A distributed resonance apparatus for extended range wireless powering and charging of a low-power electrical device comprising:

  • a receiving antenna for receiving radiated energy having at least one frequency in the radio frequency range;

    an input port connected to the receiving antenna, the input port having a positive terminal and a negative terminal;

    a first electrical leg comprising the positive terminal of the input port, the positive terminal connected in series to a first end of an inductor, a second end of the inductor connected in series to a first end of a resistor, a second end of the resistor connected in series to a positive terminal of an output port;

    a second electrical leg comprising the negative terminal of the input port, an electrical ground, a negative terminal of an output port, and a capacitor connected in parallel between the ground and the positive terminal of the input port wherein the first electrical leg and the second electrical leg induce resonance in the at least one frequency in the radio frequency range; and

    a transmitting antenna for wirelessly transmitting the resonated radio frequency energy.
