1. A transaction service provider, comprising:

  • a computer server, having a processor, a data storage medium, and a network port;

    the computer server configured to comprise;

    a) a client data consolidation expert system, the client data consolidation expert system configured;

    to accept input of transactional information from at least one payment gateway of an acquiring bank, where the transactional information originates in point of sale terminals that are not associated with the transaction service provider and is for a plurality of accounts for at least one client;

    to accept input of transactional information from a device associated with the client;

    to accept direct input of personal information from the client; and

    to provide consolidated client information;

    b) a vendor data consolidation expert system, the vendor data consolidation expert system configured;

    to accept input of profile information, product and services information, and marketing and advertising information from a plurality of vendors; and

    to provide consolidated vendor information;

    c) a knowledge based system configured;

    to accept the consolidated client information from the client data consolidation expert system and the consolidated vendor information from the vendor data consolidation expert system; and

    to provide vendor information to the client based at least in part on the transactional information of the client.
