Abstract

The present disclosure relates to systems and methods that are related to projection.

Claims

1. A method comprising:

automatically receiving information, at least in part with one or more processing devices of one or more projector control circuitries, from two or more surface sensors disposed on or about two or more projection surfaces that are each positioned apart from each other, the received information being associated, at least in part, with one or more changes in one or more features of at least one of the two or more projection surfaces, the one or more projector control circuitries being disposed at least distantly from the two or more surface sensors;

at least partly with the one or more processing devices of the one or more projection control circuitries, coordinating the one or more changes in the one or more features of the at least one of the two or more projection surfaces with one or more projection commands to two or more projectors, the coordinating performed, at least in part, with the one or more processing devices accessing one or more lookup tables based on one or more changes in one or more positions of the at least one of the two or more projection surfaces; and

projecting, with the two or more projectors, responsive to the one or more projection commands to the two or more projectors.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

detecting one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

obtaining information associated with one or more changes in light transmission of the one or more projection surfaces.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

obtaining information associated with one or more changes in motion associated with the one or more projection surfaces.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

obtaining information associated with one or more changes in one or more conformations of the one or more projection surfaces.

6. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

obtaining information associated with one or more marks associated with the one or more projection surfaces.

7. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

receiving one or more signals that include the information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces.

8. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

selecting content that is to be projected.

9. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

obtaining information associated with one or more capture capabilities associated with one or more projection surfaces.

10. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

obtaining information associated with one or more recording attributes associated with one or more projection surfaces.

11. The method of claim 1, wherein the projecting in response to the information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

selecting content to be projected.

12. The method of claim 1, wherein the projecting in response to the information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

projecting in response to detecting one or more changes in one or more features of the one or more projection surfaces.

13. The method of claim 1, wherein the projecting in response to the information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

increasing light output from one or more projectors.

14. The method of claim 1, wherein the projecting in response to the information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

selecting one or more wavelengths of light that are projected.

15. The method of claim 1, wherein the projecting in response to the information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

directing one or more portions of one or more projection outputs onto the one or more projection surfaces.

16. The method of claim 1, wherein the projecting in response to the information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

directing one or more portions of one or more projection outputs onto one or more moving projection surfaces and directing one or more portions of one or more projection outputs onto one or more stationary projection surfaces.

17. The method of claim 1, wherein the projecting in response to the information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

projecting in response to one or more changes in one or more conformations of one or more projection surfaces.

18. The method of claim 1, wherein the projecting in response to the information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

projecting one or more projection outputs that are selected in response to motion associated with the one or more projection surfaces.

19. The method of claim 1, wherein the projecting in response to the information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

projecting one or more projection outputs that are selected in response to one or more conformations of the one or more projection surfaces.

20. The method of claim 1, wherein the projecting in response to the information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

projecting one or more projection outputs that are selected in response to one or more marks associated with the one or more projection surfaces.

21. The method of claim 1, wherein the projecting in response to the information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

projecting in response to receiving one or more signals that include information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of the one or more projection surfaces.

22. The method of claim 1, wherein the projecting in response to the information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

projecting in response to selecting content that is to be projected.

23. The method of claim 1, wherein the projecting in response to the information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

projecting in response to obtaining information associated with one or more capture capabilities associated with the one or more projection surfaces.

24. The method of claim 1, wherein the projecting in response to the information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

projecting in response to obtaining information associated with one or more recording attributes associated with the one or more projection surfaces.

25. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

coordinating the one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands.

26. The method of claim 25, wherein the coordinating the one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands comprises:

coordinating one or more changes in motion associated with the one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands.

27. The method of claim 25, wherein the coordinating the one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands comprises:

coordinating one or more changes in one or more conformations of the one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands.

28. The method of claim 25, wherein the coordinating the one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands comprises:

coordinating one or more marks associated with the one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands.

29. The method of claim 25, wherein the coordinating the one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands comprises:

coordinating the one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands to select content for projection.

30. The method of claim 25, wherein the coordinating the one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands comprises:

coordinating one or more recording attributes associated with one or more projection surfaces with content that is to be projected.

31. The method of claim 25, further comprising:

projecting in response to the coordinating the one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands.

32. The method of claim 31, wherein the projecting in response to the coordinating the one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands comprises:

projecting in response to coordinating one or more features of one or more projection surfaces with one or more projection commands.

33. The method of claim 31, wherein the projecting in response to the coordinating the one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands comprises:

projecting in response to coordinating one or more changes in motion associated with the one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands.

38. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining information associated with one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces comprises:

obtaining information associated with one or more changes in illumination associated with the one or more projection surfaces.

39. A system comprising:

circuitry for automatically obtaining information, at least in part with one or more processing devices of one or more projector control circuitries, from two or more surface sensors disposed on or about two or more projection surfaces that are each positioned apart from each other, the obtained information associated, at least in part, with one or more changes in one or more features of at least one of the two or more projection surfaces, the one or more projector control circuitries being disposed at least distantly from the two or more surface sensors;

circuitry for coordinating, at least partly with the one or more processing devices of the one or more projection control circuitries, the one or more changes in the one or more features of the at least one of the two or more projection surfaces with one or more projection commands to two or more projectors, the circuitry for coordinating being configured to perform the coordinating, at least in part, with the one or more processing devices accessing one or more lookup tables based on one or more changes in one or more positions of the at least one of the two or more projection surfaces; and

circuitry for projecting, with the two or more projectors, responsive to the one or more projection commands to the two or more projectors.

40. The system of claim 39, further comprising:

circuitry for coordinating the one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands.

41. The system of claim 40, further comprising:

circuitry for projecting in response to the circuitry for coordinating the one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands.

42. A system comprising:

means for automatically obtaining information, at least in part with one or more processing devices of one or more projector control circuitries, from two or more surface sensors disposed on or about two or more projection surfaces that are each positioned apart from each other, the obtained information associated, at least in part, with one or more changes in one or more features of at least one of the two or more projection surfaces, the one or more projector control circuitries being disposed at least distantly from the two or more surface sensors;

means for coordinating, at least partly with the one or more processing devices of the one or more projection control circuitries, the one or more changes in the one or more features of the at least one of the two or more projection surfaces with one or more projection commands to two or more projectors, the means for coordinating being configured to perform the coordinating, at least in part, with the one or more processing devices accessing one or more lookup tables based on one or more changes in one or more positions of the at least one of the two or more projection surfaces; and

means for projecting, with the two or more projectors, responsive to the one or more projection commands to the two or more projectors.

43. The system of claim 42 , further comprising:

means for coordinating the one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands.

44. The system of claim 43 , further comprising:

means for projecting in response to the means for coordinating one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands.

45. A system comprising:

a nontransitory signal-bearing machine-readable medium bearing one or more executable instructions that when executed perform a process that includes;

automatically obtaining information, at least in part with one or more processing devices of one or more projector control circuitries, from two or more surface sensors disposed on or about two or more projection surfaces that are each positioned apart from each other, the obtained information being associated, at least in part, with one or more changes in one or more features of at least one of the two or more projection surfaces, the one or more projector control circuitries being disposed at least distantly from the two or more surface sensors;

at least partly with the one or more processing devices of the one or more projection control circuitries, coordinating the one or more changes in the one or more features of the at least one of the two or more projection surfaces with one or more projection commands to two or more projectors, the coordinating performed, at least in part, with the one or more processing devices accessing one or more lookup tables based on one or more changes in one or more positions of the at least one of the two or more projection surfaces; and

projecting, with the two or more projectors, responsive to the one or more projection commands to the two or more projectors.

46. The system of claim 45, further comprising:

coordinating the one or more changes in one or more features of the one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands.

47. The system of claim 46, further comprising:

one or more instructions for projecting in response to the coordinating one or more changes in one or more features of one or more projection surfaces with one or more commands.
