1. A medical treatment endoscope comprising:

  • a longitudinal member including a longitudinal axis and comprising a channel along the longitudinal axis;

    an arm section disposed to be free to be protruded from and inserted into a distal end of the channel;

    a bending part disposed to a proximal end of the arm section and capable of bending;

    a wire member for bending the bending part;

    an one-end-connecting part disposed at the bending part and connected to the wire member;

    an other-end-connecting part disposed at the longitudinal member and connected to the wire member; and

    an operating part for the arm section moving relative to the longitudinal member in a protruding direction of the arm section,wherein an operation of the operating part configured to cause a drawing tension of the wire member to generate in a direction from the one-end-connecting part to the other-end-connecting part by the arm section moving relative to the longitudinal member in the protruding direction of the arm section such that the bending part is bent, andwherein the bending part includes;

    a first bending part to which pivotal joint rings are attached;

    a second bending part which is connected to a proximal end of the first bending part at a distal end thereof, and pivotal second joint rings attached thereto;

    a plurality of first operating members inserted through the first bending part and the second bending part for bending the first bending part; and

    a plurality of second operating members inserted through the second bending part for bending the second bending part;

    a viewing device disposed at a tip of the longitudinal member independent from the arm section for observing an object;

    an illuminating member, for illuminating light onto the object, disposed at the tip of the longitudinal member independently from the arm section;

    in a cross-sectional surface of the second bending part, a first axis line and a second axis line, provided at the second bending part, normal to each other, and the plurality of the first operating members are each inserted therebetween for rotating the first bending part; and

    in a cross-sectional surface of the second bending part, a third axis line and fourth axis line, provided at the second bending part, normal to each other, and the plurality of the second operating members are each inserted therebetween for rotating the second bending part;

    wherein;

    the third and fourth axis lines are disposed from a first predetermined angle with respect to the first and second axis lines in a circumferential direction of the second bending part;

    the plurality of first operating members are inserted at positions conforming in the vertical and horizontal directions defined on an image observed with the viewing device, the plurality of second operating members are inserted at positions rotated by the first predetermined angle relative to the positions of the plurality of first operating members;

    the second joint rings have contact faces allowing all of the neighboring second joint rings to be abutted while the plurality of second joint rings which are constituted of the second bending part is capable of rotating around the third and fourth axis lines at a time;

    each second joint ring has a tip surface and a base end surface that are inclined so that the second joint rings are capable of making contact under a maximum bending condition of the second bending part; and

    the second joint rings are capable of separating from each other along with deformation of the second bending part to the linear state.
