According to one aspect, a computer-implemented medical information recording method includes displaying a graphical user interface including a graphical representation of the human anatomy, accessing user inputs interacting with the graphical representation of the human anatomy, and generating an electronic record comprising data pertaining to the health of the patient using the user inputs interacting with the graphical representation of the human anatomy.
