1. A programmable logic device comprising:

  • an input/output block; and

    a plurality of logic blocks, wherein each of the plurality of logic blocks comprises a logic element comprising a look-up table comprising;

    a configuration memory holding configuration data; and

    a selection circuit,wherein the configuration memory comprises 2N (N is a natural number) memory elementswherein each of the 2N memory elements comprises;

    a transistor comprises a channel region comprising an oxide semiconductor film; and

    an arithmetic circuit,wherein the configuration memory holds configuration data in a connection portion between one of a source and a drain of the transistor and the arithmetic circuit, andwherein the selection circuit outputs a signal in accordance with output signals of the 2N arithmetic circuit and signals of N input terminals.
