1. A monitor for monitoring an assembled battery having a plurality of cells and a power supply line for connecting the plurality of the cells, the monitor comprising:
- a detecting portion for detecting a voltage of each of the cells of the plurality of the cells; and
a controlling portion for receiving a voltage detection result detected by the detecting portion,wherein the detecting portion converts the voltage detection result into an alternating current communication signal and transmits the alternating current communication signal via the power supply line to the controlling portion, and the detecting portion has a communication-oriented connector connected to the power supply line via a first condenser.

detecting a voltage of each of the cells of the plurality of the cells; and receiving a voltage detection result detected by the detecting operation, wherein the detecting operation converts the voltage detection result into an alternating current communication signal and transmits the alternating current communication signal via the power supply line for the receiving operation, and the detecting operation has connecting a communication-oriented connector to the power supply line via a first condenser.

a detecting means for detecting a voltage of each of the cells of the plurality of the cells; and a controlling means for receiving a voltage detection result detected by the detecting means, wherein the detecting means converts the voltage detection result into an alternating current communication signal and transmits the alternating current communication signal via the power supplying means to the controlling means, and the detecting means has a communication-oriented connecting means connected to the power supplying means via a first condensing means.
