1. An orthopedic screw fastener system, comprising:

  • a screw; and

    a plate-like main element comprising;

    at least one through opening, each through opening comprising;

    a central opening having a central radius and a central midpoint; and

    five radial through bores spaced around said central opening, said five radial through bores comprising;

    a first radial through bore having a first radius and a first midpoint;

    a second radial through bore having a second radius and a second midpoint;

    a third radial through bore having a third radius and a third midpoint;

    a fourth radial through bore having a fourth radius and a fourth midpoint; and

    a fifth radial through bore having a fifth radius and a fifth midpoint;

    five intersection surfaces, comprising;

    a first intersection surface formed from a common intersection of said central opening with said first radial through bore and said second radial through bore;

    a second intersection surface formed from a common intersection of said central opening with said second radial through bore and said third radial through bore;

    a third intersection surface formed from a common intersection of said central opening with said third radial through bore and said fourth radial through bore;

    a fourth intersection surface formed from a common intersection of said central opening with said fourth radial through bore and said fifth radial through bore; and

    a fifth intersection surface formed from a common intersection of said central opening with said fifth radial through bore and said first radial through bore;

    five intersection lines comprising;

    a first intersection line formed from a common intersection of said first radial through bore and said second radial through bore;

    a second intersection line formed from a common intersection of said second radial through bore and said third radial through bore;

    a third intersection line formed from a common intersection of said third radial through bore and said fourth radial through bore;

    a fourth intersection line formed from a common intersection of said fourth radial through bore and said fifth radial through bore; and

    a fifth intersection line formed from a common intersection of said fifth radial through bore and said first radial through bore.
