1. A method of communicating data in wireless communication system, the method comprising steps of:

  • transmitting a random access preamble;

    receiving a random access response in response to the transmitted random access preamble, wherein the random access response includes a radio resource allocation; and

    transmitting a protocol data unit (PDU) using the allocated radio resource,wherein the PDU includes a terminal identifier and logical channel ID (LCID) fields,wherein at least one field of the PDU is used to indicate an existence of the terminal identifier,wherein the at least one field is a particular field of the LCID fields,wherein the LCID fields are used to identify a logical channel or a type of control information,wherein the at least one field comprises a specific value identifying the existence of the terminal identifier, andwherein the specific value is indicated by 5 bits.
