  • identifying an incoming call;

    identifying a caller associated with the incoming call;

    identifying a plurality of advertisements having associated publishing conditions and constraints defined by a plurality of advertisers;

    identifying caller selections entered during a current call navigation session;

    identifying a result of a competition among the plurality of identified advertisements; and

    selecting, using one or more processors, a specific advertisement based on;

    the caller selections entered during the current navigation session;

    the competition among the plurality of identified advertisements; and

    the publishing conditions and constraints associated with the advertisements.
