1. A method of performing data transmission corresponding to semi-persistent resources for a user equipment of a wireless communication system, the method comprising:

  • performing a data reception process in a transmission opportunity according to a semi-persistent downlink grant for the transmission opportunity when no non-semi-persistent downlink grant for the transmission opportunity is found on a physical channel; and

    when a non-semi-persistent downlink grant and a cell identifier of the user equipment are found on the physical channel and the non-semi-persistent downlink grant is addressed to a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process, determining that the data reception process is for receiving new data and performing the data reception process in the transmission opportunity according to the non-semi-persistent downlink grant.
