1. A system for generating a synthetic radio channel, comprising:

  • a server receiving geolocation information and user voice data from a plurality of mobile communication devices;

    the server associating each mobile communication device with a group of mobile communication devices within a geographic proximity radius from the each mobile communication device;

    the server generating a synthetic customized voice channel for each mobile communication device, the voice channel delivering a stream of chunks of voice data generated from the voice data provided by at least some of the mobile communication devices of the group,each chunk being at least several seconds long; and

    the server dynamically adjusting (a) the geographic proximity radius for each mobile communication device, and (b) which mobile communication devices are associated with the group based on (i) movement of mobile communication devices that belong to the group, and (ii) a number of mobile communication devices in the group.
