1. A display device comprising:

  • a gate electrode over a light-transmitting substrate, wherein the gate electrode comprises a first conductive material;

    a first line over the light-transmitting substrate, wherein the first line comprises the first conductive material and extends in one direction;

    a first insulating film having a first opening over the gate electrode and the first line;

    a semiconductor film over the first insulating film;

    a source electrode over the first insulating film and the semiconductor film, wherein the source electrode comprises a second conductive material;

    a drain electrode over the first insulating film and the semiconductor film, wherein the drain electrode comprises the second conductive material;

    a conductive film over the first insulating film, the conductive film comprising the second conductive material;

    a second line over the first insulating film, the second line comprising the second conductive material and extends in the direction intersecting with the one direction;

    a second insulating film over the first insulating film, the source electrode and the drain electrode, the conductive film and the second line;

    a third insulating film having a second opening over the second insulating film; and

    a pixel electrode over the third insulating film, the pixel electrode being in contact with a portion of the second insulating film in the second opening; and

    a capacitor overlapping with the second opening, the capacitor comprising the second line, the second insulating film and the pixel electrode,wherein one of the source electrode and the drain electrode is electrically connected to the semiconductor film and the first line,wherein the other of the source electrode and the drain electrode is electrically connected to the semiconductor film and the pixel electrode,wherein the gate electrode is in contact with the conductive film in the first opening.
