1. A portable electronic device that is one of a mobile phone, a media player, or a personal digital assistant (PDA), where a portion of the interface of the portable electronic device is provided by an ID, where IDs comprise an auto-installation routine or auto-installation application and comprise a unified plurality of at least three of an application, a media file, a network service, or a widget, comprising:

  • a processor;

    a memory; and

    a loading application that leverages contextual information to enhance a user experience of the portable electronic device, stored in the memory, that, when executed on the portable electronic device,accesses loading criteria for a professional ID, a sports ID, and a cultural ID, wherein the loading criteria comprise measures of relative importance applied to variables associated with each of the IDs, and wherein the IDs comprise a unified plurality of at least three of an application, a media file, a network service, or a widget along with an auto-installation routine or auto-installation application,determines a current value of at least one variable, wherein variables comprise at least one of day of the week, time of day, and geographic location of the portable electronic device and additionally comprise a first event status associated with the professional ID, a second event status associated with the sports ID, and a third event status associated with the cultural ID,applies the loading criteria to the current values of the variables to determine a composite loading factor for each of the professional ID, the sports ID, and the cultural ID, andloads one of the professional ID, the sports ID, and the cultural ID based on the composite loading factor.
