1. A device coupled to a gaming machine, comprising:

  • a. a processor;

    b. a display coupled to the processor for displaying information to a player; and

    c. a touchless input interface coupled to the processor and the display,wherein the touchless input interface detects at least one finger of the player over the display, determines a location of the at least one finger of the player with respect to the display, and establishes a distance from the least one finger of the player relative to the display, the touchless input interface communicates the distance to the processor for evaluating the distance;

    1) if the distance is at a first predetermined distance from the display, then the processor instructs the display to enlarge at least a portion of the display corresponding to the determined finger location to facilitate indicating a player selected portion of the display;

    2) if the distance is at a second predetermined distance from the display, then the processor instructs the display to activate an activating feature, the activating feature providing a tactile feedback to the player, the tactile feedback being provided prior to activation of the player selected portion of the display;

    3) if the distance is at a third predetermined distance away from the display, the processor establishes an input from the player.
