1. A system for simultaneously replicating data values for multiple interface elements between interfaces of different applications or documents, the system comprising:

  • a non-transient memory that stores instructions; and

    a processor coupled to the memory, the processor executing the instructions to perform stages comprising;

    receiving a user selection of a plurality of interface elements displayed on a display device in a first interface, the plurality of interface elements comprising metadata and data values;

    creating a data template that includes the metadata and data values;

    storing the data template in memory;

    comparing the data template to metadata of a second plurality of interface elements presented on the display device in a second interface;

    based on the comparison, identifying a first plurality of corresponding interface elements of the second plurality of interface elements that relate to the selected plurality of interface elements, wherein the first plurality of corresponding interface elements include data values; and

    changing the data values of the corresponding interface elements to represent the data values of the respective selected interface elements,wherein the first interface and second interface have at least one of a different organizational layout or different content around the multiple interface elements.
