Abstract

An all-solid-state battery includes: a positive electrode active material layer that contains a positive electrode active material, and a first sulfide solid electrolyte material that contacts the positive electrode active material and that substantially does not have a cross-linking chalcogen; a negative electrode active material layer containing a negative electrode active material; and a solid electrolyte layer that is provided between the positive electrode active material layer and the negative electrode active material layer, and that contains a second sulfide solid electrolyte material that substantially has a cross-linking chalcogen.

Claims

1. An all-solid-state battery comprising:

a positive electrode active material layer that includes an oxide positive electrode active material, and a first sulfide solid electrolyte material that contacts the positive electrode active material and that substantially does not have a cross-linking chalcogen;

a negative electrode active material layer containing a negative electrode active material; and

a solid electrolyte layer that is provided between the positive electrode active material layer and the negative electrode active material layer, and that contains a second sulfide solid electrolyte material that substantially has a cross-linking chalcogen.

2. The all-solid-state battery according to claim 1, wherein the cross-linking chalcogen of the first sulfide solid electrolyte material and the cross-linking chalcogen of the second sulfide solid electrolyte material are cross-linking sulfur.

3. The all-solid-state battery according to claim 1, wherein the first sulfide solid electrolyte material is a sulfide of P or Ge.

4. The all-solid-state battery according to claim 1, wherein the positive electrode active material is coated with a Li ion conductive oxide.

5. The all-solid-state battery according to claim 4, wherein the Li ion conductive oxide is LiNbO3.

6. The all-solid-state battery according to claim 1, wherein a proportion of the cross-linking chalcogen contained in the first sulfide solid electrolyte material is less than or equal to 10 mol %.

7. The all-solid-state battery according to claim 1, wherein a proportion of the cross-linking chalcogen contained in the second sulfide solid electrolyte material is greater than or equal to 20 mol %.

The all-solid-state battery according to claim 1, wherein an amount of the first sulfide solid electrolyte material contained in a surface of a side of the positive electrode active material layer where the positive electrode active material layer contacts the solid electrolyte layer is greater than an amount of the first sulfide solid electrolyte material contained in a portion of the positive electrode active material layer where the positive electrode active material layer does not contact the solid electrolyte layer.

The all-solid-state battery according to claim 1, wherein the positive electrode active material layer has a thin-film layer that consists only of the first sulfide solid electrolyte material, on a surface of a side of the positive electrode active material layer where the positive electrode active material layer contacts the solid electrolyte layer contacts.

10. The all-solid-state battery according to claim 1, wherein the second sulfide solid electrolyte material has higher Li ion conductivity than the first sulfide solid electrolyte material.
