1. A computer implemented method for configuring and executing an automated series of numerical procedures on source data which do not have a correct structure and content required for a planned statistical analysis procedure, the computer implemented method comprising:
- generating source data by an application that is executed by a processor of a computer, wherein the source data includes raw experimental data; and
dynamically configuring a response data handler (RDH) in relation to one or more traits of the planned statistical analysis procedure by the application to transform the source data into analysis-ready data sets by mapping reduced source data to an experimental design, wherein the analysis-ready data sets have the correct structure and content for the planned statistical analysis procedure.

Abstract
The present invention provides a system and method for automatically generating reduced response data sets from complex scientific data via a response data handler (RDH) methodology, thereby eliminating non-systematic losses and oversights often associated with and resulting from the current practice while improving the overall integrity and confidence of the results typically sought in experimental practice.

14. A non-transitory computer readable medium containing program instructions executable on a computer for reducing source data into analysis-ready data sets, wherein the computer performs the following functions comprising:
-
generating source data, wherein the source data includes raw experimental data; and dynamically configuring a response data handler (RDH) in relation to one or more traits of the planned statistical analysis procedure to transform the source data into analysis-ready data sets by mapping reduced source data to an experimental design, wherein the analysis-ready data sets have the correct structure and content for the planned statistical analysis procedure. - View Dependent Claims (15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20)
