DCFirst Claim
1. A method of using a computing device for enhancing a workflow system by providing supportive information for a project, wherein a first user provides at least one request for at least one good, at least one service, and combinations thereof for the project, and a second user provides at least one response to the at least one request, the method comprising:
- receiving and storing in at least one computer readable medium electronically accessible to a processor a purchase order provided by the first user relating to said at least one good, at least one service, and combinations thereof required for performance of at least a portion of the project based upon said at least one response provided by the second user;
receiving and storing in at least one computer readable medium electronically accessible to a processor actual data provided by the second user relating to the goods, services, or combinations thereof that were used to complete at least said portion of the project;
receiving and storing in at least one computer readable medium electronically accessible to a processor an invoice provided by the second user corresponding to at least said portion of the project upon completion of at least said portion of the project;
comparing, using at least one of said processors, the purchase order, the actual data, and the invoice to determine a discrepancy between the purchase order, the actual data, and the invoice;
sending, using at least one of said processors, an electronic notification of the discrepancy to the first user, the second user, or combinations thereof;
receiving and storing in at least one computer readable medium electronically accessible to a processor, in response to said electronic notification of the discrepancy, a proposed reconciliation from the first user or the second user; and
receiving and storing in at least one computer readable medium electronically accessible to a processor, approval or disapproval of the proposed reconciliation from the first user or the second user.

Abstract
A method and system for enhancing a workflow system by providing supportive information for a project is disclosed. A purchase order relating to at least one request for at least one good, at least one service, and combinations thereof relating to the project is received from a first user. An actual data to complete a portion of the project is received from a second user in response to the purchase order. An invoice is received from the second user upon completion of the portion of the project. The purchase order, actual data, and the invoice are compared to determine a discrepancy between the purchase order, actual data, and the invoice. A proposed reconciliation from the first user or the second user is received in response to an electronic notification of the discrepancy. An approval or disapproval of the proposed reconciliation is received from the first user or the second user.
