Abstract

The claimed subject matter relates to an architecture for interacting with a multiple criteria buying and/or selling system to conduct business electronically. In particular, the architecture can include a dynamic discount card that includes an information access component for receiving information. In addition, the dynamic discount card can include a presentation component for displaying information to a user via the dynamic discount card.

Claims

1. A method for providing and offer to a user associated with a mobile device, the method comprising:

creating a user account that stores;

a method of payment,

profile information about the user,

location information provided by way of the mobile device, and

information related to at least one past purchase, the user account accessible by way of the mobile device;

transmitting at least one offer related to information displayed on the at least one television display, the transmitted at least one offer received by way of the mobile device associated with the user;

allowing the user to;

review the at least one offer that relates to the information displayed on the at least one television display by way of the mobile device,

select the at least one offer by way of the mobile device;

purchase the at least one offer by way of the mobile device; and

updating the user account with one or more elements of information corresponding to the purchase of the offer displayed on the at least one television display.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one offer is matched to the user based on a credit card method of payment.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one offer matched to the user also includes consideration of a provider of a credit or debit card.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one offer is conditional upon seller defined criteria that includes a time frame associated with the delivery of a product or service.

5. The method of claim 1, further comprising confirming that a seller is registered and has accepted terms and conditions prior to presenting the offer from the seller to the user, wherein the seller is able to create the offer based on a plurality of devices associated with the user.

6. The method of claim 1, further comprising tracking the sharing of the at least one offer matched to the user with another user.

7. The method of claim 6, wherein the tracking includes whether the at least one offer was shared or not shared with another user.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein the tracked information is associated with the user.

9. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one offer is available for a limited time period.

10. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one offer has a restriction.

11. The method of claim 10, wherein the restriction is the number of times the offer is made available to the user.

12. The method of claim 1, wherein the profile information includes a preferred shipping method.

13. The method of claim 12, wherein the preferred shipping method is stored as a default shipping method.

14. The method of claim 1, wherein the profile information includes a default shipping address.

15. The method of claim 1, wherein the profile information includes demographic information that is used to present at least one discounted offer.

16. The method of claim 1, wherein the television display includes any electronic system capable of transmitting transient images of fixed or moving objects together with sound over a wire or through space by an apparatus that converts light and sound into electrical waves and reconverts the light and sound into visible light rays and audible sound.

17. The method of claim 16, wherein the television display includes a billboard or wall display.

18. The method of claim 1, wherein determining that an association exists between the at least one television display and the mobile device is based at least in part on location information provided by way of the mobile device.

19. The method of claim 1, wherein the information displayed by way of the at least one television display takes into account information regarding a set of users with mobile devices.

20. The method of claim 1, wherein the information is displayed by way of the at least one television display in response to information collected by the user and associated with the mobile device.

21. The method of claim 1, wherein the purchase is completed by way of a stored credit card associated with the user account, wherein the user account is associated with terms and conditions agreed to by the user concerning how the payment information provided by the user will be processed for payment, and wherein the user is required to provide unique identification information in order to pay for the purchase by way of an encrypted payment process.

22. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having embodied thereon a program executable by a processor to perform a method for providing an offer to a user associated with a mobile device, the method comprising:

creating a user account that stores;

a method of payment,

profile information about the user,

location information provided by way of the mobile device, and

information related to at least one past purchase, the user account accessible by way of the mobile device;

transmitting at least one offer related to information displayed on the at least one television display, the transmitted at least one offer received by way of the mobile device associated with the user;

allowing the user to;

review the at least one offer that relates to the information displayed on the at least one television display by way of the mobile device,

select the at least one offer by way of the mobile device;

purchase the at least one offer by way of the mobile device; and

updating the user account with one or more elements of information corresponding to the purchase of the offer displayed on the at least one television display.

23. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 22, further comprising execution of instructions to match the at least one offer to the user based on a debit card method payment.

24. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 22, further comprising execution of instructions to match the at least one offer to the user based on a credit card method of payment.

25. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 22, further comprising execution of instructions to match the at least one offer to the user also includes consideration of a provider of a credit or debit card.

26. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 22, further comprising execution of instructions to provide a credit application to the user in order to establish a method of payment.

27. A system for providing an offer to a user associated with a mobile device, the system comprising:

at least one processor;

memory; and

non-transitory instructions stored in the memory and executable by the processor to;

create a user account that stores;

a method of payment,

profile information about the user,

location information provided by way of the mobile device, and

information related to at least one past purchase, the user account accessible by way of the mobile device;

transmitting at least one offer related to information displayed on the at least one television display, the transmitted at least one offer received by way of the mobile device associated with the user;

allow the user to;

review the at least one offer that relates to the information displayed on the at least one television display by way of the mobile device,

select the at least one offer by way of the mobile device;

purchase the at least one offer by way of the mobile device; and

update the user account with one or more elements of information corresponding to the purchase of the offer displayed on the at least one television display.
