1. A motor controlling method for controlling a voltage or current supplied to a motor from an inverter, the method comprising:

  • outputting negative torque and positive torque per one rotation from the motor so as to suppress a change in a rotation speed of the motor by negating a fundamental wave component of residual torque of the periodical load and output torque of the motor with respect to a periodical load, a period of the periodical load corresponding to one rotation of the motor; and

    utilizing a power regenerated during an operation of said negative torque for driving the motor.
