1. A frozen particle composition, comprising:

  • one or more frozen particles coated with at least one neuro-muscular toxin and further include at least one biological remodeling agent including collagen and one or more of vitamin A, vitamin C, fibrin, thrombin, hyaluronic acid, hydroxylapatite, keratin, fibrinogen, hyaluronate, chitin, chitosan, methylcellulose, alginate, cellulose, polyaldehyde glucornate, Factor XIII, Factor XII, silicone, polyurethane, elastin, glycosaminoglycan, poly(alpha-hydroxyacid), or glutaraldehyde;

    wherein the one or more frozen particles have at least one major dimension of approximately one micrometer or less, approximately one nanometer or less, or any value therebetween.
