A method of treating bacterial contamination in the skin of a human in need thereof consisting essentially of administering to said skin of the human, a therapeutically effective amount of a composition of a quaternary ammonium polymer, benzethonium chloride, stearic acid, 2-octyldodecanol, behentrimonium methosulfate, linear polydimethylsiloxane fluid, cetyl alcohol, menthyl lactate, phenoxyethanol, chamomile extract, witch hazel extract, bisabalol and chlorhexidine gluconate.
