a processing module including a processing module RF bus transceiver coupled to the device substrate;
memory including a memory RF bus transceiver coupled to the device substrate;
an RF section that transmits an outbound RF signal including outbound data, and that receives an inbound RF signal that includes inbound data, the RF section including an RF section RF bus transceiver coupled to the device substratean RF bus, coupled to the processing module RF bus transceiver, the memory RF bus transceiver and the RF section RF bus transceiver, for facilitating wireless communication between the processing module, the memory and the RF section via the device substrate.
