1. A method of paying a second party, comprising:

  • using a processor to provide to a first party names of one or more qualified second parties through a payment service, the payment service being in communication with the first party'"'"'s financial account that is a separate entity from the payment service, the payment service including a transaction database, the qualified second parties defined as second parties qualified to transact business with the payment service, and second parties that if they are not qualified to do business, become qualified to transact business prior to a transfer of funds from the payment service;

    using a first party'"'"'s mobile device to enter a first party'"'"'s financial account information to the payment service in order for the first party to conduct transactions using the payment service;

    viewing by the qualified second party a list of first parties with open tabs, each of a tab being a relationship between the first party, the payment service and a second party qualified to transact business with the payment service;

    allowing a list of first parties with open tabs to be selected by the qualified second party at any geographic location of the first party'"'"'s mobile device, the qualified second party being only able to charge a first party'"'"'s financial account when the first party'"'"'s mobile device is within a defined geographic area, the tab being a relationship among the first party, the payment service and the qualified second party, wherein the qualified second party can engage in a financial transaction when the first party is within the defined geographic area;

    using the first party'"'"'s mobile device to send personal identifying information to the payment service to enter into a transaction with the second party;

    using the tab to enter into the transaction between the first and second party with the payment service transferring funds from the first party to the second party;

    sending information regarding the transaction from the payment service to the first party'"'"'s mobile device; and

    in response to the second party determining if a fraudulent attempt or fraudulent use of the first party'"'"'s funds is committed, the transaction database being updated for each completed transaction between the first and second parties.
