1. A system for collecting carbon dioxide in flue gas discharged from an industrial facility, the system comprising:

  • a stack that has an entrance and an exit of the flue gas, the exit being arranged at a top of the stack, and the entrance being arranged at a lower portion of the stack and, the entrance being connected to the industrial facility for taking in the flue gas to be discharged to outside from the exit;

    a carbon-dioxide collecting device that collects carbon dioxide in the flue gas discharged from the industrial facility, said carbon-dioxide collecting device located downstream from the stack;

    a single gas flow sensor located within the stack at the exit of the flue gas, the gas flow sensor being configured to measure a flow rate of the flue gas to be discharged from the exit,a blower that is installed in the flue gas path, one end of the blower being connected to the carbon-dioxide collecting device and the other end of the blower being connected to the stack at a location lower than that of the gas flow sensor in the stack, the blower being arranged at an upstream side of the carbon-dioxide collecting device and configured to supply the carbon-dioxide collecting device with the flue gas; and

    a controller configured to;

    increase a drawing amount of the blower of the flue gas to the carbon-dioxide collecting device until the flow rate discharged from the stack, as measured by the gas flow sensor, becomes zero; and

    stop drawing in any more than the drawing amount at which the flow rate of the flue gas discharged from the stack, measured by the gas flow sensor, becomes zero to supply the carbon-dioxide collecting device with the flue gas by a substantially constant amount, and the carbon-dioxide collecting device is configured to collect the carbon dioxide in the substantially constant amount of the flue gas while the flow rate of the flue gas, measured by the gas flow sensor is maintained to be zero.
